OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO DELIVERY AND REFUND

Since customers are very important to us, we make every possible effort to keep them happy and satisfied. We have been trying constantly to maintain the top most quality and keep on taking the feedback of our customers at the regular intervals. If there is a rare care where the customers are not satisfied by the package delivered by us they will be issued full refund subjected to the condition of the package returned.

Customers should report about the pills if they are not satisfied with them. Customer contracts pertaining to the information, cancellation and additional charges states that it is necessary for the receiver to inform the supplier about the complaint he/she has the very next day. Only then the supplier is liable to issue the full refund. You just need to pay the delivery charges incurred by the supplier.

In case customers unseal the package (packages are sealed for health and hygiene) it will not be returned. If any damage is done to the items we can deduct the refund amount that we should pay to you. If you return us a faulty item that cannot be resold then we will not pay back any refund to you.

HOW CAN YOU RETURN THE ITEMS?

We will return the product only if you are not satisfied by the product. You have to notify us immediately that you want to return the items.

REFUNDS

Your refunds will be processed when we receive the returned items. We credit the refund back into the same account from which we receive your payments. It takes one or two days.

Following are the cases where a customer can apply for a refund:

  2. The order arrived at the right address.
  3. A clear picture of the lab tests report.
  4. A clear picture of the products.
  5. A clear picture of the package (Envelop, box etc.).
  6. Order number.
  7. Proof of Payment (Electronic or physical receipt)

OUR LIABILITY

We would again like to make it clear again that we will receive the items back only if no damage is done to the product. So, it is your duty to check that all the items that you are return are on in a good condition and just like when you receive them.

All the orders would be shipped through FedEx Overnight by ups DHL. Shipment is done merely in two hours once they are approved and verified by the sales executive on the phone. We mail order number and tracking number to our customers. You are also provided with a tracking number that enables you to track the shipment of products. You are also provided with an order status in 3 working hours. You should also get the order verified as soon as you place it. The product gets delivered once the customer care executive verifies the product.
